Cross Border provides live online Business English training for companies: programs of 5, 10, 15, or 20 practical business cases, and individual communication coaching for executives. Training takes place through Microsoft Teams or Google Meet.
Can the training address our company’s work and cultural differences?
Yes. We discuss your business situations, roles, and priorities before agreeing on the program. The cases can become more specific as we get to know your company. Where relevant, training also addresses how cultural expectations affect conversations with international clients and partners.
How do we choose between 5, 10, 15, and 20 cases?
Start with your priorities and the breadth of practice your team needs. A short program can focus on selected situations; a longer program allows more cases and company-specific development. Teaching hours, frequency, and participants are agreed separately.
What does executive coaching cover?
Professional communication in English: preparing an explanation, rehearsing a difficult conversation, handling questions, and receiving language feedback. The focus is the executive’s communication at work.
Where does the training take place?
Live online through Microsoft Teams or Google Meet. Scheduling, objectives, and terms are agreed by email before training starts.
How much does online Business English training cost?

Is executive English coaching individual?
Yes. Executive communication coaching is individual and shaped around the manager’s role and upcoming conversations. Objectives, preparation, teaching hours, and scheduling are agreed in the proposal.

Information and inquiries
When you submit the form, your name, company, email, training choice, optional message, and source information are saved in our private company inbox. Form drafts are not uploaded while you type. We use received inquiries to respond and prepare proposals. Source information is a category derived from a referral or campaign label, or your answer about how you found us; the full referring URL is not stored in the inquiry record.
Purpose and legal basis
We use inquiry information to answer questions, prepare requested proposals, and discuss training. The basis is steps requested before a contract when you are the prospective contracting party (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), or our legitimate interest in responding to professional contacts when you represent a company (Article 6(1)(f)). Agreed services and associated records are handled to perform the contract and meet applicable legal obligations. Inquiry data is not used for automated decisions or profiling. Aggregate website statistics are used in our legitimate interest in understanding use of the service; they are kept separate from the identity of anonymous visitors.
How long information is kept
Inquiry correspondence is kept while the request and related follow-up remain open. After closure, information is deleted or anonymized when it is no longer needed for that purpose or for applicable legal obligations or legal claims. Records connected with an agreed service are retained for the contract and the applicable tax, accounting, and legal-claims periods.
Service providers and international processing
The website and private inquiry inbox run through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure, including database storage. Technical requests may include an IP address and browser information needed to deliver and protect the service. Emails sent directly to us are handled through Infomaniak in Switzerland, a country recognized by the European Commission as providing adequate data protection, and your own email provider. OpenAI and Cloudflare describe international processing and safeguards in their privacy notices. The linked notices explain their processing and how to request safeguard details. Information is also disclosed where required by law; inquiry data is not sold.
Your choices and rights
The form requires a name, company, and reply email to receive an inquiry; the message and how-you-found-us answer are optional. You can also email us directly. You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability where applicable by writing to info@crossborderenglish.com. You can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), or another competent supervisory authority. These rights are subject to their legal conditions.
Language choice and aggregate statistics
We count page loads and broad source categories, including Google referrals, without analytics cookies, persistent visitor identifiers, or browser fingerprinting. Counts do not identify anonymous companies. Distinct company totals come from names supplied in submitted inquiries. We do not add IP addresses or full referrer URLs to these statistics. A functional cookie named cbe_language remembers a language you choose for up to one year. Browser language and the country supplied by the host may be used to choose the initial version. Language preferences are not used for advertising or visitor profiling. Hosting and sign-in services may use necessary security or access functions.
